Total abandonment of the matchmaking system [Casual]

It's impossible that you need like 5-15 mins to find a match... and lets not talk about the enemies, sometimes it add me against diamonds players, other times puts me against premade of 5 or 5 people who have a very low level or are cooper/bronze...
It's annoying as hell, i do not want to talk about hitbox or netcode because it gives me laughter...
PD: Atm im gold 3, but i wont play ranks anymore after they fix lot of things
