The Royal Cornwall Museum is commemorating the Battle of Waterloo by honouring the ‘loyal Truronian' Major-general Sir Richard Hussey Vivian until 2 January 2016. Vivian commanded the 6th Cavalry Brigade and some of his personal effects will be exhibited, including his campaign sword, pewter and banner.
