Developer Request: Let Top three Hairstyles from both genders be implemented.

With the recent (of posting this) announcement of the hairstyle's winner as well as the general disappointment had by me, and possibly others with their favourite hair not winning, I'd be greatly appreciative (as well as others who do like said post) IF the runner up hairstyles could be added either during 3.1 or at later dates like 3.2, 3.3 etc etc.
