You know a lot of the relic stuff has you repeat old content? Well how about if you have a new person in the dungeon/FATE/trial, etc. the odds go up. Like if you clear Garuda HM with someone who hasn't cleared it before you get 2-5x the lights per person cleared, or a drop increase for zodiac if you clear for the first time
