Balmung's residential wards are almost full now.

Seriously, this whole individual housing ordeal only screws up small FCs that were saving up gil to buy a house. Here in Balmung we can't even buy a small or medium house now because they're all taken.

I'm sure small servers do not have this problem at all, but still I can't help but think how the richest of the rich are hoarding all lands via multiple characters or the multiple FC trick.
