Basically telling your retainers to do a task that doesn't effect the Market or leveling up progression of our characters with obtaining free materials or us to sell & use.Kinda thought Venture system was kinda dumb. Instead of effecting the market of the game they could use this Venture system in Building a House once Land is purchased. Basically go into House build menu requiring materials for that House.
You need keyitem Materials only your Retainer can obtain in Battle/Gathering. Once your have the right materials you can get your retainers crafting job to build a house you want. Your free companies retainers could join in the process of building a house if they have the correct crafting job to go along with the house there building
