Is it worth to buy I20 sportz diesel 2012 model

Hi,
I want to buy used hyundai i20 sportz diesel car. Model is 2012 & it's already runned 70K & seller is selling it at price 4 lac. So i need help to know is it worth to buy it at this price. i need it for personal use. 300-400km per month running. Also condition of car is good.
