I'd say one of the things I miss most about XI was the skill chaining. There was nothing better than getting into a solid group where you all knew how to chain and the kills and xp just started flying. This of course, took a lot of co-operation and was the tale-tell sign of a really good group. (I'm speaking from pre-abysea i wasn't playing then so have no clue if it changed) I do like the limit break system, very nostalgic for us FFVII fans. I've noticed some fights have built in triggers to build the limit quicker, which is great for those fights, but I'd like to see the limit system integrate the co-operation of skill chaining from XI. If a really good group that knew how to chain their abilities could limit three times or even twice as often as a party that doesn't, I think it would make the whole ordeal feel more rewarding
