How are we supposed to get flux RELIABLY now?

How are we supposed to get flux RELIABLY now?
Im at a loss at how to progress.
I was focusing on getting dragons this year, so ive burnt most of my flux on them. I never multi-account farmed Titan's Treasures (only because i didnt think of it- i wouldve TOTALLY done it had it crossed my mind, especially if i had known Eclipse was coming to hit so hard) so i dont have a huge nest to sit on.
I work overnight, so i sleep during the day - which means i miss most of the players who actually help out weaker players. Nobody to help me farm anything.
I cant do the STs reliably anymore past Normal Hydra (I have yet to get a class to 10k - in fact, i dont think my CB has even hit 8k yet. And dont get me started on gems)
Dungeon farming only gets me so much, and again life gets in the way so i cant do it all the time.
So, what am i supposed to DO?
