Medicaid is refusing to pay anything unless my father's insurance is billed first. I can't use his insurance at all because he'd be able to find me and I have an order of protection against him. I also can't afford the co-pays or my medication because I have a fixed, limited income. I can't remove myself from his plan because I am not the policy holder - he is. I've called all over the place trying to find someone that can fix the issue, but it's been days and I already had to cancel an MRI appointment. Nobody has been able to rectify the situation. My social worker at DSS just returned my phone call from 8 days ago and claims that she'll have answers in the morning.
